The Project is a mixed-use development; residential & commercial space on both the ground and podium floors, located on Plot No. P5  Area W4 - Abu Dhabi.

 

The design and execution of the project will be achieving the highest international standards as well as its compliance with the built environment sustainability regulations (ESTIDAMA).


The project is mainly providing a structural design for a Residential and Commercial Towers which is located in on plot P-5 area W-4, in Al Manhal Area, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

 

The building area of this project is about 96,035 m², The building height is 98.75m from ground level plus 13.35m under ground for basement floors.
