  • The ground floor level is configured to accommodate 6 parking spaces, 8- Rental shops, the main the main entrance and lobby, reception room, watchman room and the building facilities.

  • 6 Level parking floors that accommodate around 223 parking spaces, each floor has a store, tel. room, water meter room and electrical room.
  • 1st to 32nd floors will consist of 5 units – two bedroom apartments and I unit – three bedroom apartments, thus totaling to 160 – two bedroom apartment and 32 – three bedroom apartments.
