AMSC is awarded a Residential & Commercial Tower in Abu Dhabi. For a total contract value of 322,582,618.00 AED
The project is a mixed-use development; residential & commercial space on both the ground and podium floors.,
Project Duration: 24 Months
The project consists of:
o Three basements for parking spaces, and podium floors which house additional parking as well as mechanical floor.
o The fourth podium has a gymnasium, Swimming pool and children’s play area exclusively for residents.
o There are two towers with 21 floors (each) above the podiums offering 1BR, 2BR & 3BR apartments with views of the city of Abu Dhabi.
The design and execution of the project will be achieving the highest international standards as well as its compliance with the built environment sustainability regulations (ESTIDAMA).
