The project is mainly about providing a structural design for a Residential and Commercial building which is located in plot No.318-7266 at al Karama, Dubai, The building area of this project is about 4644.9 m², and the building height is 25.10 m from ground level plus 3.85 m underground for basement level.
This building consists of basement floor, ground floor, two typical floors, and roof and health club floor. Parking areas are distributed over the basement and ground floors by total No. of 129 Parkings. Basically, in the ground floor, beside the parking areas, there are some offices and retail areas for commercial use. The residential use will start moving up to the Mezzanine and typical floors. Finally, the entertaining areas such as the swimming pools and the Gym will be in the roof floor.
There are three types of apartments, 1-Bedroom, 2-Bedroom, and 3-Bedroom included in these floors.
